I have been cooped up at home for the past few days since the last day of school. Like the usual schedule: it's anime, anime, anime. But now I'm also into manga, so I slot in some manga reading in between, but that's only when I've finished watching my anime series.
While I was surfing the net, I had an encounter of the horrifying kind. OK... it's not THAT exaggerated but... I felt that it was a bad experience. >.> Not an experience of the perverse kind as well... Anyway, I'll explain it now.
So, like I was saying. I forgot what site I had been to, but there was a youtube link at that site, something about a live-action version of CLANNAD. So... being a CLANNAD fan and all, I went to check it out. Somewhere deep inside I knew that I would regret it... and I did. It's some live-action spin-off of CLANNAD, named CLONNAD. (You can go to youtube and search it if you want, but I highly recommend you not to) Well, I could not really comment on the video because I have only watched like... 30 seconds of it before I stopped to prevent any further damage to the name of CLANNAD.
I have no idea why... but many live-action spin-offs all have a similar feel. They feel like... bleh. Horrible. Just horrible. But there are some cases which aren't really so, like the few live-action movie adaptations.
That said, I probably should not 'explore' deeper into the realm of live-action if I want to be able to keep my mind intact. Total mind degeneration~ Added note: somehow it looks like some odd cosplay AV of sorts...
